We recommend booking an appointment to guarantee your order is ready and to receive our full one-on-one service, but Walk-ins are always welcome during our opening hours, though stock availability and wait times may vary without a booking.

Whether you book ahead or drop in during opening hours, we’re here to help you find the perfect addition to your aquarium. Booking an appointment is recommended, it gives you our undivided attention and ensures we’re ready for you, but walk-ins are always welcome when we’re open.

Studio Exclusives: We don’t list our entire inventory online. Rare strains and new arrivals are often available exclusively for in-person selection, so it’s always worth a visit.
2. Book an appointment or drop in
Spotted something online or after something specific that isn’t listed? Send us a request via our Contact Us form and we’ll confirm a time that works for you. Prefer to browse in person? Simply check our hours on Google and come in, no booking needed.

3. Select & Collect in Parramatta
Arrive at your scheduled time for your 1-on-1 session. You can view our full live inventory, get expert advice on setup or water parameters, and finalise your purchase.
