Yes, this page reflects our current stock. However, availability changes quickly, so we recommend contacting us to confirm.

How do I purchase fish?

Send us a message with the fish you’re interested in (name or screenshot), and we’ll confirm availability and next steps.

Can I visit your shop?

Yes, but visits are strictly by appointment only.

Where are you located?

Can you hold fish for me?

We can hold fish for a limited time with a deposit. Contact us to arrange.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, delivery is available within selected Sydney areas.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, pickup is available by appointment.

What water conditions are your fish kept in?

Our fish are raised in controlled, high-quality conditions. Contact us for exact parameters for each species.

Are your fish quarantined?

Yes, all fish are monitored and maintained to ensure health before sale. Still it is highly recommended to quarantine any fish you buy.

Can different fish on your site live together?

Not always. Compatibility varies by species—please ask us before mixing fish.

Why don’t some fish have prices listed?

Fish are priced based on size and availability. Contact us for current pricing.

How often do you update stock?

We update regularly as new stock arrives and current stock sells.

Do you provide advice after purchase?

Yes, we’re happy to help with setup, feeding, and care.

What if my fish has issues after purchase?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist with advice and support.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to health and quarantine requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges on live fish once they have left our facility. This helps protect the health of all our stock.
